Reverend Dr. D. Darrell Griffin, D.Min.

Dr. D. Darrell Griffin, D.Min. is a Senior Pastor, a certified Ministry Coach and Enneagram Trainer. He is the Senior Partner of Urban Ministry Advantage, a premier church resource that provides coaching and training for pastors and church leaders to help them turn their visions into reality (www.ministryadvantage.org/urban). He travels across the country teaching congregations and Non-Profits the Enneagram system.

Since January 2000, Dr. Griffin has served as the Senior Pastor of the Oakdale Covenant Church of Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, Harvard Divinity School in Cambridge, Massachusetts and North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL. Dr. Griffin is the author of Navigating Pastoral Leadership in the Transition Zone: “Arriving in the Middle of the Movie” (Chicago: MMGI Books, 2012) and it has become a resource to assist Congregations and Pastors through the challenging maze of a transition in Pastoral leadership. 


Althea René Miller-Sims is an educator, multi-genre artist, and advocate. In 2012, she earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she focused on developmental and clinical psychology. She currently serves as the Grants and Education Coordinator at the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association, where she organizes educational activities designed especially for cardiovascular nurses on the topics of heart attack, type 2 diabetes, stroke, etc., coordinates grant funding, and facilitates international relations. Althea prides herself in the powerful meaning of her first name, which, derived from Greek language means, “healing.” In an effort to live up to her name, she employs art as a pedagogical tool and change agent, endeavoring to encourage psychological and emotional healing, as well as the advancement of various liberatory policies and practices. Most importantly, she gave her heart to the Lord at age 6; since, she has used her talents of poetry, dance, and visual art to declare the glory of God across the world.


Apostle, Bishop Godfrey A. Stubbs

Apostle, Bishop Godfrey A. Stubbs is the Senior Pastor o End Time Ministries International and a proud product of the Bahamas. Growing up in the Bahamas working in the Hotel Industry he developed a love and sense of compassion for others.

Apostle Stubbs is a motivational speaker conducting seminars, workshops and meetings on a national and international level. He is currently the President of End Time School of Ministry in Madison Wisconsin. He has a sincere passion for cultivating ministries and Church Growth. His Apostolic ministry has established churches in Madison Wisconsin, Rockford Illinois, and Sun Prairie.

Apostle Stubbs has written and published three books, the first, “Praying the right prayer”, the second, “Where are the altars workers in our ministry and thirdly, “Understanding the Holy Spirit.” In addition, Apostle Stubbs has earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Specializing in food and beverage and numerous certificates in Administration and leadership training and people development.  His favorite quote— the challenges of ministry are many, but the eternal joys are incomparable!   Apostle Stubbs ministry carries a two-fold message. First, God has given him his anointed word to teach and reach this end-time generation. At the same time, his message helps bring people into the Body of Christ. His ministry is based on the scriptures “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. Jeremiah 3:15

Apostle Stubbs is known as a “preacher on the move” spreading the gospel of Christ – a preacher with a unique prophetic style of ministry. His message crosses over denominational and racial barriers. Bishop Stubbs has been in the ministry for 26 years and has pastored for 18 years. Apostle, Bishop Godfrey A. Stubbs is married to Shelia Stubbs; they are the proud parents of (6), Rekeisha, Gerneica, Godfreyna, Godfrey Jr. Gabriella and Aquila Alana Stubbs.

Marcio Sierra is the Senior Pastor and President of Lighthouse Church and Schools in Madison, Wisconsin.  He is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and he also has a Master of Divinity from Regent University. Pastor Marcio has a passion to help his community prosper and for such passion, he was selected by Madison365 as one of the 48 most powerful Latinos in Wisconsin in 2014, he was also awarded the recognition as the Hispanic Entrepreneur of the year in 2018 at the Hispanic Heritage luncheon sponsored by La Movida Radio Station and Mid-West Family Broadcast.  His passion for teaching God’s Word has opened doors for him to speak in many countries of Latin America, and around the USA.  Pastor Marcio is married to Tia Sierra and he has two children, Marcio and Isabela.  He is originally from Honduras and he is ordained through the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening and commisioned by Glory of Zion Inc.


Deacon Leotha Stanley (married to Tamera) has been a member of Mt. Zion Church since 1975.  His first visit was with the UW Student Gospel Choir which he formed as a sophomore at the University.  He also started the Inspirational choir at Mt. Zion which received an opportunity to travel to Germany & Paris in 1994.  In addition to the Music Ministry, Deacon Stanley is quite tech savvy helping to install, operate and train others on new innovations at Mt. Zion including..sound board, video camera, website, email and a new telephone system in 2004. During covid, he has found a new skill..  Video Editing and Production.


Dr. Conway Edwards is the founding and lead pastor of One Community Church, a fast-growing church in Plano, Texas ministering to the communities of Collin, Denton and Dallas Counties weekly.  As lead pastor, Dr. Edward’s unique ability to communicate the truths of the Bible in a relevant and uncompromising manner has helped to reach a generation of men, women, singles, couples and families embedded in a culture defined by individualism, materialism and humanism.

Dr. Edwards holds a Master of Theology, with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry, from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS).  While at DTS, he was a Leadership Fellow with the Center for Christian Leadership, under the guidance of Dr. Howard Hendricks.  Dr. Edwards also holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University.  He formerly served as Director of Singles at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr. Tony Evans, and is passionate about leadership and the local church.  He is author of 20/80 Rule – Making the Shift to a Volunteer-Driven Culture and co-author of Going Up, When Love’s In View and The Undercover Woman, with his wife, Jada.

Dr. Edwards and Jada are proud parents of a son, Joah, and a daughter, Chloe.


Monique Bryson is a native of Racine, Wi. She has spent the last 15 years of her life empowering, encouraging and uplifting youth and their voice. Although Monique hesitated to take the occupation of an educator, she has learned that it is truly a gift from God and even she cannot get in the way of it. Monique has been a member of MTZ for the last 5 years serving in ministries: Choir, CREW, AV and Announcements Clerk. When she’s not searching for a new COVID hobby, she’s finding new ways to wear hair wraps, working out and eating tacos. 


Paul A. Little, II is an innovative, progressive and passionate visionary who desires to serve others. As a community leader and pastor of Bibb Mount Zion Baptist Church, Paul partners with various churches, local businesses, academic institutions and governmental agencies to holistically improve the quality of life for all people. He is the CEO of Innov8 Leadership Group, LLC, a leadership consulting firm that equips organizations for sustainable growth by developing a culture of continuous innovation. Paul is acknowledged as being Macon, Georgia’s “Top 5 Under 40” according to Macon Magazine and was recognized by Georgia Trend as being one of the top 40 Under 40 rising stars in the state of Georgia in 2018.


Reverend Dr. Alexander Gee, Lead Pastor of Fountain of Life Church, president and founder of the Nehemiah Center for Urban Development and its renowned initiative, Justified Anger, is a loving husband and father as well as a writer, community activist, life coach, international lecturer, relief worker, and social entrepreneur. His interests include: understanding the impact of fatherlessness on the African American community, cross-cultural leadership empowerment, spiritual life coaching, motivational speaking, mentoring, and transformational leadership development.

Dr. Gee studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison; Fuller Seminary’s Distance Learning Program and Bakke Graduate University, where he earned his doctorate. He is the author of two books and host for the popular podcast, Black Like Me.


The Honorable Reverend Everett D. Mitchell was born and reared in Fort Worth, Texas. Mitchell accepted his call to ministry at the age of 15. Upon his matriculation from high school, Judge Mitchell relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where graduated from Morehouse College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Religion. While at Morehouse, Rev. Mitchell was awarded the Presidential Scholar award in Mathematics, American Scholar award, Mathematical Scholar, National Deans List, Who’s Who Among College Students, Benjamin Mays Scholar, Top Ranking Religion Senior at Morehouse College, Student Government Service Award, Golden Key Honor Society, Deans List 1998-2000, and the Community Service Award. After Rev. Mitchell graduated Morehouse College, he was ordained at the age of 23.
